What are your standard machining tolerances?

A:We routinely hold standard machining tolerances of ±0.025mm (±0.001”) for most features. For critical dimensions, we can achieve precision down to ±0.005mm (±0.0002”) or tighter with our specialized equipment and processes. Final achievable tolerances depend on part geometry, material, and volume—we will specify this during our Design for Manufacturability (DFM) review.

What materials can you machine?

A:We machine a comprehensive range of materials, including: 

· Metals: Aluminum (all series), Stainless Steel (303, 304, 316, 17-4PH, etc.), Carbon Steel, Tool Steel, Titanium (CP & Ti-6Al-4V), Nickel Alloys (Inconel, Monel), Copper, and Brass. 

· Engineering Plastics: PEEK, Delrin (Acetal), Ultem (PEI), Nylon, PTFE (Teflon), Polycarbonate. 

· Other: Composites and certain ceramics.   Contact us for materials not listed here.

Can you work from my 3D CAD file?

A: Absolutely. We prefer to work directly from your 3D CAD model (STEP, IGES, SLDPRT, X_T formats are ideal) along with a 2D drawing specifying critical dimensions, tolerances, and finishes. This ensures complete and accurate translation of your design. We also offer complimentary DFM analysis upon file submission.

Do you provide surface finishing and post-processing?

A:Yes, we offer comprehensive in-house and partnered post-processing as part of our one-stop service. This includes:

 · Basic: Bead blasting, polishing, tumble/deburring.

· Plating/Coating: Anodizing (Type II/III), Electroless Nickel Plating (ENP), Passivation, Zinc Plating, Powder Coating. 

· Advanced: PVD Coating, Heat Treatment (annealing, quenching, tempering), Laser Marking.   We will recommend the optimal finish for your application.

How do you ensure quality control?

· First-Article Inspection (FAI): Full-dimension check with CMM reports against your drawing.

· In-Process Inspection: Regular checks using calibrated instruments (micrometers, calipers, CMM, optical comparators).

· Final Inspection: 100% verification of critical dimensions before shipment.

· Certifications: We are [ISO 9001:2015 certified / working toward AS9100] and provide full material certification and inspection reports.

What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

A: We specialize in both prototyping and production. For prototypes and non-standard parts, our MOQ is 1 piece. For production runs, MOQ is flexible and based on project economics—we will work with you to find the most cost-effective volume.
