Four Core Anodizing Process Types

The Step-by-Step Hot Dip Galvanizing Processing Technology
At our facility, precision and quality control define each stage:
- Degreasing: Removal of oils, grease, and dirt using hot alkaline solutions.
- Rinsing: High-pressure water rinse to remove residues.
- Pickling: Acid bath (typically hydrochloric or sulfuric) to remove mill scale and rust.
- Fluxing: Immersion in a zinc ammonium chloride solution to prevent oxidation and promote zinc adhesion.
- Galvanizing: Immersion in molten zinc at 443–465°C. The iron in the steel reacts with zinc to form intermetallic layers.
- Quenching (Optional): Water or passivation bath to cool and improve surface finish.
- Inspection: Visual, magnetic thickness gauge, and adhesion testing per ASTM A123 / ISO 1461.
