CustomParts-MFG provides fully automated electrophoretic coating (E-coating/electrocoating) service complying with ASTM B117 salt spray & ASTM D3359 adhesion standards, certified ISO9001, IATF16949 & ISO14001. Our water-based electrodeposition technology uses DC power to deposit uniform organic film across sharp edges, blind holes and deep recesses unreachable by conventional spray paint, with over 95% paint recycling rate for eco-friendly production. We supply cathodic epoxy and cathodic acrylic two mainstream coating formulas with precisely controlled 10~25μm dry film thickness, integrated with in-house phosphate pre-treatment and CNC manufacturing chain for automotive, electronics, new energy and industrial equipment fields.
