C36000 Free-Cutting Brass(HPb59-1 )
Industry-standard free-machining brass with 2.5%~3% lead additive, 100% machinability rating, short broken chips to reduce tool wear, ideal for high-volume threaded fittings, fasteners, valve inserts and small precision turned parts. Not recommended for welding or long-term seawater service.
C26000 Cartridge Brass(70/30 )
70%Cu+30%Zn non-leaded brass with superior ductility and cold forming performance, excellent stress corrosion resistance, widely used for electronic terminals, connector pins, instrument shell and stamped precision components.
C46400 Naval Brass
Special marine-grade brass with tin additive for outstanding chloride & seawater corrosion resistance, applied to marine pump fittings, offshore valve bodies and ship pipeline accessories, lower machinability vs C36000.
C23000 Red Brass (85Cu-15Zn)
High copper-content red brass with excellent rust resistance and non-sparking property, perfect for heat exchanger tubes, sanitary plumbing fittings and corrosive environment mechanical housings.
Lead-Free Eco Brass(C48500)
RoHS/REACH compliant lead-free alternative for food contact, drinking water fittings and medical miniature components, designed to meet global environmental regulations though slightly poorer machinability than leaded C36000.
